I drove from issaquah to Olympia based on their past reviews, as this was my first Sprinter Van (Roadtrek 2017), and wanted overall inspection done. They spent close to 4 hours on my RV, going though it, and making sure it was road worthy for a Labor Day trip. Customer service, from the receptionist at the front desk, to the tech who did the inspection, was very personal , and felt like they were going to take care of me. I was expecting to pay more than I did. Will drive all the way back for any and all service I need going forward on my van.
