I brought my motor home in thinking it was hopefully just a fuse or something. Turns out it was a plug that was not plugged in all the way. My bad but they found it fast and didn’t charge me. They could have but didn’t. They did the right thing and so will I with a great review! I wish I could remember her name but the girl at the front desk earned my respect and appreciation.

Earnie’s knowledgeable and dedicated staff did an excellent job troubleshooting and fixing our travel trailer intermittent electronic brake issues. We had this issue looked at by other shops, only to get the runaround with a diagnostic fee and nothing actually fixed. At Earnie’s, Gracie provided superb customer service with timely communication and technical explanations as technicians went through their process of elimination. Their technician looked at both the trailer and tow vehicle as one unit vs. their competition which would only troubleshoot the trailer side. The overall cost for the brake system rebuild was higher than I initially thought it would be but, realized that I was receiving excellent work from highly skilled staff. After receiving poor service at other local shops for this issue and others, it is a relief to know we have a reliable shop we can count on.

We are so happy we could provide excellent customer service, Steve. Your safety on the road is important to us and we hope to make the RV repair process simple and transparent. Please give us a call if you need anything at all!

Ernie and the staff have taken such good care of us and our RV. They are great people conviently located. Their techs are very knowledgeable and great at finding hidden issues. Their pricing is extremely fair and their expertise reduces our overall costs. As a great friend shared with me when I was young, you can have great service or low price, but you cannot have them both.

Excellent customer service. They were able to take my truck in for a diagnostic. Tested everything and showed me the issue, and explained the fix. Which was me, lol. Ernies earned a lifelong customer, and I will highly recommend to anyone needing RV services.
