About Ernie's Inc
When we look back over the last six years of being a business and how much we have accomplished, the people and groups in our community we have supported, and how much we have grown as a company, we can't help but be thankful for how much we have grown and are continuing to grow.
Our employees are our family, and we challenge them to be better than what they think they are capable of. The knowledge our employees gain helps us further our company so we can support our community. In fact, over the course of the last year alone, our technicians Matt, Darin, and Ron, and our Service Writer Kerri have attended 250+ hours of training.
Matt is an ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Certified Technician and is working on his RVIA (RV Industry Association) certification. He specializes in electrical testing, and attended training through Lippert, Thetford, SuperSteer, B&W, Horizon (Draw-Tite & Tekonsha), Demco & ATE (Automotive Training Expo) this past year. He is also planning on taking classes with Dometic, and attending ATE again.
Darin is working on his RVIA certification and specializes in body work. Like Matt, he also attended training through Lippert, Thetford, SuperSteer, B&W, Horizon, and Demco this past year. Moving forward, he has plans to take classes with Dexter and ATE.
Ron, our newest employee, is beginning the certification process through RVIA. He is a disabled veteran and specializes in fabrication. He has completed classes with Roadmaster, B&W, Horizon, and Demco, and will be taking classes this year at ATE and with Dexter.
Kerri our Service Writer graduated from Elite's Master's Course for Service Writing, and has taken several customer service and business classes through AMI (Automotive Management Institute) and ATE. She has also undergone product training classes through SuperSteer, Roadmaster, B&W, Horizon, and Demco. This year, her goal is to graduate from AMI.
We are proud supporters of groups such as Got Your 6 Fishing, RMEF (Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation), Washington State Bowhunters, TCYMAS (Thurston County Youth Market Animal Sale), Greys Harbor Rodeo, Back Country Horsemen, Capital City Junior Rifle Club, North Thurston and Tumwater Equestrian Team, and Olympia Rowing Club. We also support several 4-H and FFA members.
At Ernie's, our mission is to positively impact the lives of the people with whom we interact, whether they are our employees, our customers, or members of our community. We strive to make our customer feel welcome and at home, and want them to know that their input counts.
