They are great! I won’t take my Travel Trailer anywhere else in the Olympia area. I see them twice a year (hopefully ;) and they always greet me by name, know my trailer and all the work we have previously done, and give real life advice on what service I need and what I can skip for next time. I really appreciate their honesty and quality work they do for me.

After a temultuous two year relationship with the dealer that I originally purchased my RV with I decided I was never going back... I needed to have my rig winterized. I decided to give Ernie's a shot based on the sheer amount of incredible reviews. Anticipating that it would be quite a while before I could get an appointment with them because of their popularity. I was pleasantly surprised when I was seen within days of making the call. The maintenance was done in less than 24 hours and as annoying my request may have been the tech was courteous enough to come out to explain how he accomplished the maintenance and that he discovered that the dealer who had done the previous winterization had done it wrong! Thank you Ernies for restoring my faith! I will be a returning customer!

In today's world where customer service is at a premium, Ernies was the best experience I've had in quite awhile. Amber and the ladies up front were just awesome and were great communicating my RV issues and potential fixes with me. I had several issues of which there could have been a possible replacement part but Ernies crew worked the issue and found a solution much easier and cheaper. I appreciate their honesty and overall communications regarding our RV. I'm willing to pay for the service when treated fairly and given upfront quotes and honest responses rather than just start throwing parts at an issue until it works.
