Did a fine job mounting and sealing my new ceiling fan. I had done it myself on the old one and it leaked. It's a tough siting on an old Sprinter, and for >5 years it has not leaked.

Ernies shop has installed all my hitches and wiring they did excellent job.Ernie also converted my three axle trailer from drum brakes to disc brakes,what a difference,money will spent.

The really detailed service reports are great. They even have pictures. And the customer service was very responsive. I also appreciated that they looked into the underlying converter issue that caused the heating system failure.

I the fall of 2022 I had been planning a two month road trip to the east coast for a family reunion. I hadn't been back east in 20 years. When I put the trailer away after my last trip everything seemed fine. When I took it out of storage a couple of weeks before leaving for the east coast I noticed that one of the trailer tires was worn badly. Upon further investigation I had bent the axel on the previous trip. It was not repairable. I ordered a new axel from Casita Travel trailers and when it arrived Ernie's put the axel installation to the top of their list knowing I had planned on going to this family reunion for some time. I just made it back east to catch all of the festivities. THANKS!

I paid over $900 to have several things taken care of and checked. One being the power inverter. They said it was just a loose wire. When we sold our trailer and promised them it all worked we were embarrassed to find out the power inverter did not work at all. Which made us look dishonest. I was not happy about this at all.
