Again, Ernie’s bailed me out. 1day before a road trip East, I list all 110V power in the rv. Called Ernie's, he bailed me out again. Had a tech check in out 1st thing the next AM. Fixed a power cord issue. Thanks again to a family run local business. I will always support them. Mike W

Great, clear communication throughout the duration of the visit. Honest feedback, estimates/rates, and I simply have a better experience here than most of the places I have checked out over the years throughout King and Pierce county. It’s clear customers are a priority and they don’t overcharge, overbear, or delay in their services. 5/5 star business for sure 😊
