We are new to towing a travel trailer and knew nothing. Ernie’s installed our brake controller, answered all our questions and explained how it works. They gave an upfront estimate that was reasonable and competitive. We will use them for all our RV and travel trailer needs. Aside from the great and timely work, they were very friendly and easy to work with!!!!

I had a very positive experience. They went out of their way to do research for me that they did not have to. Because they did the extra step items were covered by our insurance. I would recommend them, and will definitely go back

Brought in my dual axle trailer for alignment problems because of the right forward tire had excessive outer edge wear. They did the alignment check and found that all measurements were within specs and did not find any bent frames, hangers or axles; however all tires were old and pressures were low, particularly the right front tire. Their recommendations were to replace the tires with 6 ply or 8 ply and maintain tire pressures at the recommended level. I also had them do a much needed wheel bearing service. Thank you Ernies for a job well done.

I am very pleased with the work and customer service at Ernie's. They responded to all of our questions, updated us along the way during the repairs, and completed the work in a timely manner. They are also a veteran friendly business which is a big plus for me. We were especially happy with Gracie Crownover's customer service.
