Olympia RV and Trailer Repair

Very easy to work with. Did an excellent job on my old and hard to work on van. It was a hard-to-get hitch, but they got it, installed it and rewired the van. Could not have been more pleased. The ladies at the counter were very knowledgeable and pleasant, and fun to deal with. They kept me informed as it took some time to get the hitch. I highly recommend them for any trailer or RV work you might need.

Ernie and Team always go the extra mile to make sure we have a safe and great trailer. The speed that they get things done and quality is second to none. I only take my trailer to Ernie's.

Ernie always goes above and beyond to help!!

Service was done quickly. I was kept up to date on what was happening. Friendly, professional staff.

Ernie and his team were fantastic. I busted a leafspring on my Passport. They were able to do the repair in 1 day and get us back on the road.

We used to love Ernies RV , they unfortunately had to move during covid. However since then we were told that our vehicle was too old. So we stopped inquiring. I just asked about a genie service and repair and was chased away by the numbers. Guess our rig is too old to be taken seriously. This is definately an industy and even a camping standard. Can't be "homeless looking" . My brother's 2006 county couch has no issues like this, but looks cooler and I guess like they have more funding. I am tired of the second class citizenship of coach ownership. Who can freaking help he work on a classic coach.?

Great experience! Amber was a great communicator throughout the process and took awesome care of us! We were having a coupe items repaired, and Ernie's did such a great job that we decided to keep our RV! Thanks, Amber and Wyatt! - Scott and Lynda

Ernie and Kerri were amazing to work with. The convenience of their mobile troubleshooting and assessment services was a game changer. They come to your site wherever that may be and give you an HONEST assessment of your situation. Ernie went above and beyond to help my daughter make a sound financial decision. He is a man of faith and integrity. I highly recommend Ernies RV for any of your travel trailer needs.

Very thorough with excellent communication re:all steps needed to resolve issues.
