It was our first visit to Ernie’s for maintenance on our MB Sprinter. Our appointment was first thing in the morning and they got our van right in. Since we travelled over an hour to get there we waited while the staff performed the maintenance. Carrie at the front desk shuttled us to the local mall where we ate and hung out. Thrilled that they can also take care of the Pleasureway Class B on the Sprinter. We’ll be back!!

Great customer service. Technician was extremely competent and friendly. He listened to what I had to say about the problem that we were experiencing and utilized that information to make the repair expeditiously, with no additional parts or labor, other than the base time required to diagnose and repair the problem. Well Done!!!
