My wife and I are full time RV'ers. When we have a problem it can be difficult to have repairs done while living in the RV. We had a failure of our Truma on demand water heater. I called Truma and they recommended Ernie's as they were in the area and we an authorized repair center. Ernie's went above and beyond in not only repairing our water heater but also setting us up and letting us stay in their lot while they worked on our system. There was a minor hiccup with the repair that kept us there longer than we had anticipated, but again they let us stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Our repair tech, Wyatt, was excellent. He was very courteous, knew the system well and explained everything that he was doing. I would recommend Ernie's to anyone!

I was able to get squeezed in for some maintenance on a recently purchased rv. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and will be coming back as needed.

Ernies did a great job on my boat trailer bearings. Very thorough with the inspection, cleaning, repacking and replacing the bad bearings and races. I have complete confidence in their work. Amber, my service advisor, was very easy to work with and kept me informed throughout.

After some initial confusion (and frustration) regarding wiring my new used van to pull my new vintage trailer, I was on the road for regular local adventures. Fast forward two years when my first long distance adventure ended abruptly with a broken wrist, and a refrigerator of spoiled food upon my early arrival home. The broken wrist made the trip home inordinately long but the 7-prong plug containing the extra wire that was supposed to keep the battery that ran the refrigerator charged while tooling down the road appeared to have failed (or was not there at all as that was the initial problem--they didn't wire it properly despite me explaining to three different people the reasoning for the extra wire before I left it the first time). At this point, I didn't know if the extra wire had been properly installed when I left the vehicle for the second time or if it had possibly become loose or broken, because all previous trips had been less than 3-4 hours and the rig was always plugged in for several days before leaving and always plugged in at the campground (and the battery was replaced less than one year ago so it would not have been dead in such a short period of time as it was always fully charged whenever I started out) so a dead battery had never happened before. I went back to Ernie's and asked to speak with the manager in private explaining the initial debacle two years prior when the extra wire was not run and I had to leave the vehicle a second time. I admit I didn't get a name, but the manager is the owner's daughter. She was wonderful. Listened to my story, asked pertinent questions, didn't dismiss anything I said but did try to explain certain things that could be contributing factors. She was going to schedule me in for the next day to start the process of figuring out what was wrong, but wanted to go out with her machine to check to see if power was getting through. It was not. But then she decided to check the wiring at the fuse box and discovered one of the two fuses installed for this wiring had blown. I thought it was a direct connection, didn't even think about a fuse (my bad). She replaced both and gave me the extra fuse just in case it should happen again, so I wouldn't lose refrigerator capability. She was thorough, explained everything, and treated me as if I mattered. Wiring my van two years ago was actually a return trip to Ernie's as they had done work on my previous RV's broken spare tire rack. I will be returning should I need anything else in the future--being treated with respect goes a long way. Thank you Ms. Manager!
