I called in the morning with questions regarding the jack and electrical on my horse trailer. I was told to bring it in and Ernie’s could take a look. They were able to fix the issue and I was out of there before noon. Everyone was polite and helpful-thank you!

I have went to Earies two times. Both were related to trailer/vehicle wiring issues. At both visits I was impressed with their overall knowledge and professionalism. I was having my 5th wheel professionally transported and when the driver hooked up, the trailer breaks were not working. I called Ernie’s and they were able to take a look right away. The repair required extensive labor and Ernie’s shop was busy, but they made my job a top priority. Even though I was over 700 miles away I felt confident that my camper was in good hands. I was communicated with every day and the 5th wheel was able to be delivered only a few days later. Thank you Ernie and your top notch team!
