Communication is good, as well - they don't leave you hanging if they have a question about your request, or when your RV is done, they call and let you know, at that moment. We bought a 2024 Arctic Fox Trailer. Brought it Ernie's for inspection and a few immediate repairs. Inspection was thorough and provided options and recommended time frames wo get the recommended work completed. Their work was completed on time and at the price quoted, NO surprises. Ernie's staff are excellent, good communicators, and tech staff come out to talk with us about the repairs or questions we have. This is great because I'm a DYI guy and I want to know how the repair was done not just "oh it's fixed". We have been a customer with Ernie's for over 20+ years. They have earned and maintained our trust and respect for all these years.
