Olympia RV and Trailer Repair

I took my newly acquired 2011 Silverado pickup to the Chevy dealer to see if they would show me the wires and fuse needed to supply power to my trailer, which GM fails to hook up from the factory. All they would do is make a service appointment, over a month out. But they did say I could try Ernie's. Well, guess what - Ernie went out to my truck and in less than a minute showed me how to complete the job. That's the kind of service you just don't get anymore. Very much appreciated. If I ever need trailer repairs, I now know where to go.

Ernies is a hidden gemliterally. Kind of hard to find but well worth it. I have a camper van. Its almost impossible to find a shop that will service the vehicle chassis as well as the house. Ernies does it all and does it very well. Ernie answered all my questions and Gracie handled the scheduling, communication and close out very kindly and professionally. They have a new lifelong customer.

We have a 2019 Airstream 27' that was wearing the rear curbside rear tire outer edge after a recent winter getaway in Arizona. We had experienced bad highways and struck a deep pot holeAfter asking friends over coffee, it was suggested to take the rig to Ernies in the Olympia Mottman Industrial park. I was very pleased withs the first phone call with the timely appointment to check the wheel alignment. Amber, service advisor, as wonderful. She provided timely estimates on costs and expected deliver dates of the new axle. Communication was a breath of fresh air by phone, test and email from the entire counter staff. Great attitudes and flexibility to serve our needs was demonstrated throughout the entire repair. Highly recommend them. I will no longer be going to Seattle or Portland for dealer maintenance and repairs.
