Brought in my dual axle trailer for alignment problems because of the right forward tire had excessive outer edge wear. They did the alignment check and found that all measurements were within specs and did not find any bent frames, hangers or axles; however all tires were old and pressures were low, particularly the right front tire. Their recommendations were to replace the tires with 6 ply or 8 ply and maintain tire pressures at the recommended level. I also had them do a much needed wheel bearing service. Thank you Ernies for a job well done.

I am very pleased with the work and customer service at Ernie's. They responded to all of our questions, updated us along the way during the repairs, and completed the work in a timely manner. They are also a veteran friendly business which is a big plus for me. We were especially happy with Gracie Crownover's customer service. I was taught that any business is judged by 5 P's. People, place, product, promotion and price. Ernie's people are awesome. Professional, polite and caring. They employ up to date electronic digital services and communications. Ernie's is located in an easy to get to, central location. Their product is knowledge of RV's and services for maintenance. The techs are certified, trained and tested. Ernie's needs very little traditional promotion. No gimmicks, no bait and switch, just honest work. Ernie's pricing is fair. Ernie's place is extraordinary. We were in a bind, hot water heater shut down, batteries sketchy, and we just pulled into Ernie's to a welcome reception and a bunch of helpful people! I can't tell you how relieved we were to have such helpful, knowledgeable people around that truly enjoyed being of service. Wow!

Ernie's staff are very professional and knows their job. What I asked them to fix they did and gave me technical info. That I needed to make sure everything worked liked it should. I have Beaver 2008 which you know things ware out. When I got behind the wheel it felt great, I could feel the difference. GIVE ERNIE A TRY.

True professionals is all I can say. I had some pretty major damage to one side of my 21-foot travel trailer. Ernie's handled the upfront estimating and coordination with my insurance company expeditiously. Everything was quickly approved so we moved forward with ordering parts from the manufacturer to get the repairs done. Then everything stopped. The manufacturer was far less responsive. Nothing happened for quite awhile, then when some of the parts they sent, were wrong. Reorder time! After months of dealing with delays in obtaining parts, they finally arrived some 20 months later. All the while the folks at Ernie's, especially Keri, dealt with this adversity with utter professionalism. Once the parts were all accounted for, the trailer was returned in less than 10 days, in time for our last trip of the year. Great work!
