Had a major issue with our teardrop trailer. We needed it back as we were going on a trip and they bent over backwards to get it done in time. Kept me informed phone calls. I would highly recommend them

Ernie’s listened to all my issues and gave me advice on some things and quoted me on the stuff they could do. I was having issues with my Lithium battery overheating. Ernie’s put in 4 small vents in the back of my storage box and I plugged in a small USB fan to circulate air. Seems to be working! A well done & professional job from the quote to the communication and the final product. Thank you Ernie’s!

Excellent service - can't thank Ernie and his staff enough. We're traveling the country and had some problems with our trailer and called ahead to schedule an appointment with Ernie. We got there expecting to get an estimate but they were able to repair our issues as they had the parts available. End of the day we were back on the road. They were very understanding of our situation with travel schedule, etc and worked us into their schedule. Highest recommendation.

Terrific experience my first two days of using Ernie's service! Worker Darren (or Daryl) came right to my small trailer to examine my worn-out hitch & let me look under to see what was wrong. We discussed options and ended up deciding to use a receiver lifter (forget it's proper name) & put an entirely different hitch on. Parts sales clerk/scheduler was knowledgeable, polite, and called me after she looked up some prices later on. Office has AC, too!, and a restroom & well-keot waiting area. Took trailer back in on the designated day and within 24 hours, new hitch welded on & painted & new better tongue jack, all painted. I thought price was reasonable--about $1,020-- for something that required welding. I'm now going to get new electrical plugs for my trailer lights & I'm sure they will do a good job. However, I'm a little less enthusiastic this time around paying $400ish for something I could probably do myself. Nonetheless, 5 stars!
