We took our 2017 Newmar Ventana to Ernie's for a service before we hit the road for a 2 month trip. Unlike many of the dealers in Washington, Ernie's has no affiliation with any manufacturer. They took the coach in and came back with a list of items that they recommended we address, including photographs of the issues they had identified. Before I committed to getting them fixed, I had the RV inspector who inspected our rig before its purchase look over the estimates from Ernie's. He was very impressed by the report that we got and advised me to go ahead with all of the remedial work that had been identified. When I called around to get some pricing comparisons from other places, there were lower options, but I was not comfortable with the quality of the work I would get. I had Ernie's do all the items that needed attention and two months later, sitting in the rig at a campground near Zion, I am very happy with the quality of the work done. Yes, it was expensive, but it was well done work and they worked well with us to get it done in time for our trip. We will definitely be taking our rig back to Ernie's for all future maintenance work.

Ernies has always been really great with communication and their service. They always go the straight mile to make sure our coach is repaired and in a timely manner. Having an RV is no joke, with all the maintenance and repairs that are required, but Ernie’s always goes above and beyond for our family. Everyone there are very kind and easy to work with. Customer service is not art in this day and age, but Ernie’s does a great job with that.

As anyone knows who has an RV and travels all over, finding a good, reliable RV service place is difficult at best. Well, one thing I have now is, that anytime I'm in Washington state, Ernie's RV Trailer Service will be my go to place for work. Friendly staff, detailed breakdown of any necessary service/repairs, and the work done as per estimate. Plus, they actually stand behind the work they do! I needed to get an oil change on our newly pruchased Motorhome. I call Ernies last week to see if I could get in this week. Amber was very helpful getting me anappointment this week. I arrived at the shop at 8AM, the tech got to work on our rig and it was done in 45 minutes. Very professional and friendly.

We brought our RV to Ernies with multiple issues and they were able to fight with our extended warranty and get it fixed. They always go above and beyond to get us going again in a fast manner. We highly recommend them for your RV repair needs.

I called in the morning with questions regarding the jack and electrical on my horse trailer. I was told to bring it in and Ernie’s could take a look. They were able to fix the issue and I was out of there before noon. Everyone was polite and helpful-thank you!
