Olympia RV and Trailer Repair

Ernie’s is my go to place for RV repair and 5th wheel brake maintenance. I feel very fortunate that I discovered Ernie’s several years ago. My spouse and I are repeatedly impressed at the friendly customer service that we receive at Ernie's over the years. Ernie’s recently replaced a EPDM roof on my 5th wheel, which needed replacing from all of the weather. The roof replacement finished project showed great workmanship. The workmanship to retro fit my manual side awning with an updated electric awning was superb. I have no doubts that my RV is in good hands whenever I drop it off for service.

This was my initial trailer winterization with Ernie’s. I was impressed with the thoroughness of their winterization process. Front to back inspection, including the roof. All with pictures. They also verified tire pressures. I will use them again.

Been camping for almost 30 years and another 10 or so while growing up. We always used the same RV shop on Long Island NY and were very happy. Now that we live in the PNW we had to find a new RV mechanic and stumbled on Ernie’s. Man did I not know what I was missing. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff, spotless facility and good work. So much more professional and detailed than I was used to. Maybe a little more expensive than I had hoped but I never have a problem paying for quality.

The work was done on time and was done well. Thank you for greatly improving the ride on my Class C motor home.

On a trip back from Montana we noticed some really bad tire wear and had to replace 4 new tires. We didn’t want to buy another set of tires so I took our trailer to Ernie’s to have it checked. They found multiple suspension problems causing alignment problems gave a straight forward explanation and fair quote. They had the work done within a week. Work is clean and all new parts. Trailer tracks great. Would definitely use Ernie’s again with any problems we may have.

We had purchased a new Winnebago trailer in September 2019 and immediately found an electrical problem that continued to get worse. The dealer we purchased the trailer from was unable to identify and correct the problem. We took it to another dealer who was not able to identify and correct the problem. We took our trailer to Ernie's on a Monday and on Tuesday received a diagnosis of what the problem was and the plan to fix it. We picked our trailer up on Thursday, four days after dropping it off and the electrical problem fixed. It took Ernie's four days to correct what had been going on for three years and multiple other dealers couldn't identify and fix. Simply outstanding service!

Very through inspection on my new -used Motorhome I recently purchased from other dealer. The service reps and mechanics were very knowledgeable.

I've brought a succession if boat trailers to Ernie's for several years. I love that they always give the trailer a full inspection and alert me to any developing issues. Then they fix it so I can get back out on the water.
