Earnie's staff is fast and friendly. They give detailed quotes and answered all of my questions regarding it. They were very courteous with reviewing the statement and assisted me with everything I needed in dropping off and picking up my trailer. I will be returning to Earnie's for their high-touch, excellent services and yearly trailer tune ups!

Last Monday I made an appointment to bring my RV in for repairs; the RV entrance door latch would not work and I couldn’t open the door. The appointment was for today and I was just to drop my RV off and leave it at Ernie’s and they would do the repairs when they could get to it. Well, they exceeded my expectations. The replaced the door latch while I waited; I was back on the road 4-hours after I arrived. Ernie’s staff went above and beyond what I expected and got me back on the road. I use Ernie’s, even though they are located at the outskirts of Olympia (WA) because the do excellent work and they don’t cheat me. Ernie’s works on RV and trailers and I have even seen boats they work on. This is a “Shout Out” to Ernie’s for another job well done!

I take my Camper van to Earnie’s anytime I need RV repairs. They are always thorough and get the job done in a timely manner.

We were thrilled to find such a professional and super helpful group of people at Ernie’s. We have a small RPod trailer that had one of the slider motors fail. We were treated as well as someone owning one of the big rigs in the parking lot. Not only did they fix it quickly, not leaving it in the lot for days, we received a complimentary inspection that uncovered another minor issue which was also repaired. Thinking of possibly selling after the season, that inspection will be very helpful to prospective buyers. I can’t say enough about the friendly, helpful service at Ernie’s

Purchased a new to me travel trailer. Wanted to get it inspected before any family outings. So I could have peace of mind I hadn't missed anything that could be a safety concern. They caught that all of my tires were under inflated. Excellent customer service, extremely detailed inspection as well as a quick turnaround. I was pleasantly surprised that after my inspection there was no pressure to address the several minor concerns raised. They even suggested coming back to reseal several areas when I was ready to weatherize for the winter. I will be using them in the future.

After having an accident with our rv Ernie was able to help us with the insurance company and getting an estimate. Ernie and his team are awesome. The ladies in the office took great care of our puppy while we took some things out of our rv. Ernie, thanks for all your help!
