Last fall Ernie's preformed a winterization on our 5th wheel. When getting it ready for camping season we discovered a leak. Called Ernie's on Friday scheduled for the following Monday. No cost repair without trying to put the blame on us. Appreciate a company that stands behind their work and is honest.

I have a 2022 Winnebago Revel. This is a pretty amazing vehicle, but the craftsmanship from the factory is marginal. I've encountered a handful of problems overlooked by the factory. Ernie's technicians helped me resolve a plumbing leak on this visit. Ernie's got my vehicle in for exam and repair in just a couple of days. They were extremely helpful, friendly and showed me exactly what the problem was and the solution the corrected the problem with. I couldn't be more pleased with their service. Their team of technician and front staff are exceptional. While I'm hopeful my challenges with the Revel are finally resolved, I know if I encountered more troubles Ernie's is their to assist me.

Ernie and his staff provided excellent service performing a critical electrical recall on our motorhome. The staff was timely, professional and friendly.

So thankful for them taking our rig in when we were stranded and they were swamped. Fixed some battery issues and identified some possible transmission issues. Very professional and willing to help.

Top notch RV repair facility. We had an unusual problem with our slides not working correctly. They diagnose the problem right away and a few days later we are on the on the road again. Highly recommend.

As always, Ernie's is very professional while at the same time being very personable to everyone. Our coach was serviced to prepare us for a trip out of the state and we feel confident all will be good for our travels.
