Olympia RV and Trailer Repair

Installed a hitch receiver on my Jeep! From the moment I spoke with Gracie, so polite and patient, I knew they would take great care of my vehicle! I called on a Monday and they were able to get me the same week. I expressed concern for an appointment I had later in the afternoon and told me they would do their best to get my vehicle done in time! The few people I spoke to were so kind, great customer service! Highly recommend!

Very professional and informational. The free checklist was perfect for the guy who likes to do stuff himself. The staff was very accommodating and answered questions with knowledge.

Excellent service and friendly staff

For our fifth wheel hitch install , We had to have our old hitch rails removed from our old pick up and Ernies even cleaned them up and repainted them with the install service, which was really appreciated. Very professional service , immaculately clean facility and friendly staff, they even paid for an Uber driver to shuttle me from work to get my pick up when it was done.

Gracie provided exceptional customer service oriented when checking me in for some repair work. She was careful to take plenty of photos of my new RV, as this was some repair one of the employees caused to my unit. I needed it to look brand new and she assured me it would. When I picked it up, I was very pleasantly surprised as it did. Ernie even offered to bring the unit to my home as I didn't have a ride over to pick it up. Now this is service! Kerrie explained what products to wash my unit with for the next 6 months, so the repair would not be damaged which I appreciated. Before this appointment, I needed a "now" oil change as I was getting ready to go on a camping trip and my "need change required" message came on. They worked me in, fortunately having all the right products/filters, etc. on hand. I could not be happier right now. Thank you so much.
