My blinkers, brake lights and rear lights all quit working on my car -- making it undrivable. I got referred to Ernie's when Nisqually Auto Repair saw my short was linked to the tow package tangle installed by the previous owner. They figured it out, ordered the part and had it back to me the next day. Super knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend working with them.

Ernie’s is one of the best shop I’ve been to and for me they are a five star rating, they our professional throughout the shop and front Desk are very very courteous and Helpful. I would advise anyone that is having problems come to Ernest the best!!

Great communication throughout the process.

We were packed and ready to travel to AZ for4 months. Major issue with motorhome. Called Ernie's expecting an appointment out 2 weeks to a month at least. Gracie said to bring the MH home in today and they'll check it out. Problems were identified by the next day. Parts were expedited from out of state over a holiday weekend. We were on our way with a minimal loss of time. We can't thank the techs and office managers enough for their knowledge, skill, dedication, communication and very friendly help. Thanks to all for getting us back on the road and saving our vacation!

Excellent service. I was constantly bottoming out on construction sites with the stock height of my cargo trailer. I had 10" of clearance on the back. So I asked if they could flipp my axle. You can clearly see the before and after and what a difference it made. They where quick (1day) and fair with pricing. I will definitely be doing more business in the future with this company.
