There are many people in the area of Olympia and surrounding municipalities that live on site in their RVs. Ernie's is perhaps one of the more trustworthy RV repair businesses in the area. However, they do not have a mobile repair service. I couldn't use this business as a result of that fact.

Thanks for your feedback. We appreciate your support and will let you know if we decide to offer mobile repair services in the future. In the meantime, our new, state-of-the-art facility is a great destination for top-notch RV repair. We hope to see you again in the future.

We brought in a small utility trailer because the lights were not working. They found the problem and also did a general safty check and reccomended another service item. They informed me before the proceeded of the price and when it would be completed.

Installed a hitch receiver on my Jeep! From the moment I spoke with Gracie, so polite and patient, I knew they would take great care of my vehicle! I called on a Monday and they were able to get me the same week. I expressed concern for an appointment I had later in the afternoon and told me they would do their best to get my vehicle done in time! The few people I spoke to were so kind, great customer service! Highly recommend!

Very professional and informational. The free checklist was perfect for the guy who likes to do stuff himself. The staff was very accommodating and answered questions with knowledge.

The team at Earnies (Gracie and Kerri) did an excellent job on making repairs to my RV. They kept me informed during the entire process, maintained the budget we agreed on and completed all work on time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get repairs done to their RV.

For our fifth wheel hitch install , We had to have our old hitch rails removed from our old pick up and Ernies even cleaned them up and repainted them with the install service, which was really appreciated. Very professional service , immaculately clean facility and friendly staff, they even paid for an Uber driver to shuttle me from work to get my pick up when it was done.
