First time customer and was very impressed with the staff and customer service . Facility was very good and clean . Highly recommend this place and will definitely be a customer for future use !!!

Wyatt always does a great job on our coach, he found an air leak in the tiniest hose! Everything we asked to be fixed was, plus more we didn’t know until he found the pulley that had no bolts holding it on! Would have been catastrophic if it had come off on the road! Gracie is always pleasant and goes out of her way to keep us informed of the ongoing status on the coach. When we came to pick it up and both Gracie and Wyatt had the day off so had a nice visit with Ernie and he did a great job explaining how the door needs to close along with everything else that was done. Overall a great experience and we passed that on to our friends that need some work done to their motorhome. You are the place we will go to from now on. Thank you! Yvonne and Stan

Ernie, ladies and a young man worked with me and I have NEVER had such great service, information and assistance! They are fantastic and I can't say enough good things about their ethics, attention to detail and explanation of what needed to be done ‼️ If at all possible, I will not go anywhere else for RV repairs and truck disconnect maintenance! Called and got a estimate for the installation and wiring of a brake controller. Came in made 1/2 down payment and scheduled an appointment! Came half an hour early! This work was suppose to take 2 hours! It took 5+ hours! And when first got it back the air bag light would not turn off! Was told it was a loose connection? Not happy about spending half of a entire day waiting? Several people came in after me with no appointment! Were put in front of my job! Not pleased at all’

I went to Ernie's to assess my need for trailer light wiring and connector. They gave me expert advice and multiple options to meet my mission. They provided timely, affordable and spot on service. Needed regular maintenance on our RV while driving through the area - Ernie's had me in and out in a few hours and we were back on the road. Both front desk ladies and the technician were all very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Recommend Ernie's to anyone that needs RV work done in the area
