Olympia RV and Trailer Repair

I am a novice with pulling and maintaining a trailer. Ernie's got me heading in the right direction. First installing trailer break control in my vehicle and performing a complete inspection and services. They did there part wonderfully, now it's up to me to head on the road.

These guys are great problem solvers. They have the experience to find the problem and to solve the problem not just to replace parts. Although their work is pricey it is unsurpassed in quality and thoroughness. I am very happy with all work performed and the communication with all of the staff.

I needed awning replaced. They got material and made it all new again. Also replaced a switch missing for the awning, awning lights and the lights over entry door. I can't wait to get out camping and see it all lit up! Wonderful people, make you feel like you have known them for years. And did a fantastic job adding fog lights, and running lights on the rear of rig. If you can't see me now in front of you, you probably shouldn't be driving!! Very helpfull - Go above and beyond.

I was travelling from out of country and needed new batteries installed urgently Ernie’s got it done for me in record time.l. They did a great job and are wonderful people to deal with They even went above and beyond and topped up my tires with air when they noticed they were low. This was no easy task as they had to remove the hub caps to get at the inner tire. My only regret is they don’t have a facility in Canada. Thank you Ernies!

My blinkers, brake lights and rear lights all quit working on my car -- making it undrivable. I got referred to Ernie's when Nisqually Auto Repair saw my short was linked to the tow package tangle installed by the previous owner. They figured it out, ordered the part and had it back to me the next day. Super knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend working with them.

Ernie’s is one of the best shop I’ve been to and for me they are a five star rating, they our professional throughout the shop and front Desk are very very courteous and Helpful. I would advise anyone that is having problems come to Ernest the best!!
