Amber has helped me with scheduling my service needs as well as communicating with me every step of the way. I actually look forward to seeing them when I'm dropping off or picking up my 5th wheel. Needed two broken suspension bushings changed a week before a month long trip. They did the job quickly and the price was reasonable. Great experience!

We hit some very rough road coming back from Cannon Beach, OR in our 34ft Newmar Kountry Star RV. One of the cables in the wiring harness for my Banks Power Pack broke loose and was chewed up by the engine fan. After limping home, we started looking for repair/replacement of the harness. After many calls to repair shops including Banks Power, Cummins and Freightliner, no one would either work on an RV, or work on a Banks system. We were finally referred to Earnie's from another repair. shop. Instead of replacing the harness, they said they could repair it. And they did in excellent timely fashion. It was spliced, wrapped, reinforced and relocated. Special kudos to their Customer Service person, Amber. She took care of us, understanding the problem and kept us informed of the techs progress. She understood that we were scheduled to leave on a trip in a week, and everyone made it happen. She even had pictures taken of the repair and sent us copies of the inspection via email link. We will highly recommend Earnie's RV Repair to all our RVing friends.
