HAD A COUPLE OF LITTLE ISSUSES WITH FIFITH WHEEL, DROPPED IT OFF AND THEY HAD EVERYTHING COMPLETED WITH IN A FEW DAYS. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT.

I have been taking my Motor Home to Ernie's for several years now. Each visit has been great and ended with smiling faces. In January I started having electrical problems with very sporadic functioning of things like mirrors, seats and inverters. Electrical problems are notorious for taking a long time to diagnose the source. The bottom line is the final outcome was wonderful. Several switches had to be replaced following a lot of trial and error and patience from the staff and me. I was kept informed and notified when my permission was needed to order parts or procedures.. Things are working great now and are reliable. Thanks to Ernie's we are back on the road again with smiles on our face. Thanks gang !!!

I have owned several RV's over the years and had service at many different RV repair shops. I must say that Ernie's exceeds all of my other experiences. Their facility is very nice and all of the staff members I dealt with were courteous and professional. They were great letting me know what needed to be done and discussing the estimate with me. Once they started work, they kept in contact to let me know how things were progressing. They also worked with me to schedule a convenient pickup time since I had to drive a distance to get there. I was happy with the service work they performed and will definitely come back if I need any work done in the future!

I was treated like a queen. The service was superior. The staff was so efficient. I live 2 hours away from Ernie's, and they just received a part in the afternoon and wouldn't be able in install it until the next day. Ernie paid for a suite in a hotel close by, and I was driven there and back the next day. Jim repaired the faulty gasket which they had installed the month before. And repaired a door knob and the TV post. And I was not charged. Now, is that service or what?!!

Awesome service

Very pleased with the upfront estimate accuracy and the communication from start to finish. All of our toyhauler's needs were met very much to our satisfaction. We will be back next we need repairs to our RV, hopefully not soon!
