I also appreciated the honest up front price estimate. They let me know up front what a worse case price could be, instead of surprising me with unexpeceted additional charges at time of check out. I have been going to Ernie's for at least 8 yrs (2 different horse trailers, a travel trailer, as well as a boat trailer). I've never been dissatisfied. Their customer service is A+. The relationship started when I was about to spend several hundred dollars "fixing" my 2 horse trailer to have it tow better when the owner explained all I needed was a different hitch. $55 later and I was out the door. I'm still hauling that trailer around without any of the sway that was initially concerning me. I have too many examples to list all of their quality repairs so I'll just end with saying how much I appreciate their desire to do the job right and to educate me, the customer, along the way.
