This was my first time bringing my RV in for servicing at Ernie’s at the recommendation form my neighbor. I’m glad I did! The staff was very helpful and the engine service didn’t take as long as I thought it would have. I also appreciated the courtesy inspections by the mechanic and the recommendations he provided. I am a novice with pulling and maintaining a trailer. Ernie's got me heading in the right direction. First installing trailer break control in my vehicle and performing a complete inspection and services. They did there part wonderfully, now it's up to me to head on the road.

These guys are great problem solvers. They have the experience to find the problem and to solve the problem not just to replace parts. Although their work is pricey it is unsurpassed in quality and thoroughness. I am very happy with all work performed and the communication with all of the staff.

I needed awning replaced. They got material and made it all new again. Also replaced a switch missing for the awning, awning lights and the lights over entry door. I can't wait to get out camping and see it all lit up! Wonderful people, make you feel like you have known them for years. And did a fantastic job adding fog lights, and running lights on the rear of rig. If you can't see me now in front of you, you probably shouldn't be driving!! Very helpfull - Go above and beyond.
