Their response time is fast, and they try to accommodate travel schedule too. We appreciate the excellent communication and level of knowledge by all staff.

We appreciate Ernie's because they are always friendly and helpful and get the job done! We've been doing business with them for about 20 years! They have always been there when we needed them, doing fine work on our trailer. Last week we checked out many places trying to buy trailer extender mirrors for our Yukon. We couldn't find mirrors that fit until we went to Ernie's. Karrie found exactly what we needed and had the mirrors in our hands the next day! Great service! Then she went above and beyond and came out with us to adjust them on our side mirrors to make sure they fit properly. Karrie is always very helpful and fun to deal with. Everyone there, even Ernie, is great to deal with! Ha Ha! Ernie is fun to joke with! Yes, Ernie can be trusted to do right by you! We recommend Ernie's to everyone!
