I took my travel trailer in for de-winterization and to have my battery and charging system checked. The staff was very courteous and the turn around was quick. They completed a full inspection of my unit and sent me a link to the full inspection which contained photos of everything. No guess work here... you know exactly what checked out good or bad. Fair prices and excellent service!

A damaged anti-sway bar hitch led us to Ernie’s with a request for an urgent solution. We had limited time in Olympia and needed the repair quickly. Kerri was very accommodating and non-judgmental. She ordered the part, scheduled the service and assuaged our anxiety. Repair was completed promptly at very reasonable cost.

Work was done in a timely manner and not as costly a we thought it was going to be Willing to work with us for drop off and pick up.
