Great friendly and knowledgeable service. Very, very honest. I had a concern that the motor on my fifth wheel landing gear may need to be replaced due to its age and lifting of the coach. Ernie's service technician tested the motor and determined that the motor was operating within the manufacturer's specifications, negating any need for replacement at this time. It is refreshing in these times to have a business with such honesty in their service practices. I very highly recommend Ernie's.

Ernie: Your business is the best in Olympia. I have been coming to you since you were in the other location. Usually when I arrive - - it is a small emergency. This time with the hoist and taillight. I picked the truck up early because I had Thurston County coming that day to inspect catchments in our community. The hoist was critical in removing grates from the catchment for inspection by the County. Your timing was perfect and the inspection was made very easy, because the hoist worked well. We have had 3 NuWa Hitchhiker's and Ernie's has professionally serviced all of them over the past decades. The new shop is even more able to do the job. Their response time is fast, and they try to accommodate travel schedule too. We appreciate the excellent communication and level of knowledge by all staff.

We appreciate Ernie's because they are always friendly and helpful and get the job done! We've been doing business with them for about 20 years! They have always been there when we needed them, doing fine work on our trailer. Last week we checked out many places trying to buy trailer extender mirrors for our Yukon. We couldn't find mirrors that fit until we went to Ernie's. Karrie found exactly what we needed and had the mirrors in our hands the next day! Great service! Then she went above and beyond and came out with us to adjust them on our side mirrors to make sure they fit properly. Karrie is always very helpful and fun to deal with. Friendly and great service. Diagnost my problem in a day and had a solution. Ordered parts and setup appointment. Called me in and fixed problem along with a detailed report of the problem and the fix.
