Olympia RV and Trailer Repair

Excellent service and great people. Everyone is personable and kind. They did a great job on my Motorhome this time and my travel trailer last year. I won’t go anywhere else!

I have owned several RV's over the years and had service at many different RV repair shops. I must say that Ernie's exceeds all of my other experiences. Their facility is very nice and all of the staff members I dealt with were courteous and professional. They were great letting me know what needed to be done and discussing the estimate with me. Once they started work, they kept in contact to let me know how things were progressing. They also worked with me to schedule a convenient pickup time since I had to drive a distance to get there. I was happy with the service work they performed and will definitely come back if I need any work done in the future!

I was treated like a queen. The service was superior. The staff was so efficient. I live 2 hours away from Ernie's, and they just received a part in the afternoon and wouldn't be able in install it until the next day. Ernie paid for a suite in a hotel close by, and I was driven there and back the next day. Jim repaired the faulty gasket which they had installed the month before. And repaired a door knob and the TV post. And I was not charged. Now, is that service or what?!!

Very pleased with the upfront estimate accuracy and the communication from start to finish. All of our toyhauler's needs were met very much to our satisfaction. We will be back next we need repairs to our RV, hopefully not soon!

Had what I needed and sales staff was great.

Great friendly and knowledgeable service. Very, very honest. I had a concern that the motor on my fifth wheel landing gear may need to be replaced due to its age and lifting of the coach. Ernie's service technician tested the motor and determined that the motor was operating within the manufacturer's specifications, negating any need for replacement at this time. It is refreshing in these times to have a business with such honesty in their service practices. I very highly recommend Ernie's.

Ernie: Your business is the best in Olympia. I have been coming to you since you were in the other location. Usually when I arrive - - it is a small emergency. This time with the hoist and taillight. I picked the truck up early because I had Thurston County coming that day to inspect catchments in our community. The hoist was critical in removing grates from the catchment for inspection by the County. Your timing was perfect and the inspection was made very easy, because the hoist worked well.
