We were thrilled to find such a professional and super helpful group of people at Ernie’s. We have a small RPod trailer that had one of the slider motors fail. We were treated as well as someone owning one of the big rigs in the parking lot. Not only did they fix it quickly, not leaving it in the lot for days, we received a complimentary inspection that uncovered another minor issue which was also repaired. Thinking of possibly selling after the season, that inspection will be very helpful to prospective buyers. I can’t say enough about the friendly, helpful service at Ernie’s

Purchased a new to me travel trailer. Wanted to get it inspected before any family outings. So I could have peace of mind I hadn't missed anything that could be a safety concern. They caught that all of my tires were under inflated. Excellent customer service, extremely detailed inspection as well as a quick turnaround. I was pleasantly surprised that after my inspection there was no pressure to address the several minor concerns raised. They even suggested coming back to reseal several areas when I was ready to weatherize for the winter. I will be using them in the future.

After having an accident with our rv Ernie was able to help us with the insurance company and getting an estimate. Ernie and his team are awesome. The ladies in the office took great care of our puppy while we took some things out of our rv. Ernie, thanks for all your help!
