Our trailer was scheduled for a routine follow up on for new brakes. Literally, the day before our appointment we blew a trailer tire on our way home. We ask for a thorough inspection on the wheel well to check for damage I did not see. There was broken suspension components that contributed to the tire failure. Ernie's did a great job of digital documentation of the damage. Then called me and carefully walked through the options from least expensive to a recommended full repair. Each with a summary of the pros and cons based on what I could afford at this time. All repairs we done on time, at the quoted price and with professional service. Bottom line for us.. We trust Ernie's with our home away from home. This is the kind of quality service center everyone wants. Thank you Ernie's

I don't trust anyone else to take care of my RV. They do great work in a timely basis and always stand behind the work they do.

Had a tow bar and InvisBrake system installed. Although the cost was not inexpensive I felt that their workmanship and customer service was well worth the cost. I felt assured that they stand by their work and I rest at ease that if anything goes wrong with the system they will be there to make it good. Earnie was very patient and took the time to explain how the system worked until we got it.

We brought our RV to Ernie's for general maintenance and to resolve an issue with our slide. Ernie worked diligently with our warranty company to negotiate the extent of coverage they would provide for the slide and damage caused by the malfunction. Ernie's did a thorough survey of the entire RV. The cost of the necessary repairs was reasonable and well substantiated. We really enjoyed working with Ernie.
