We had not had any service done on our fifth wheel but when we took it in to have the refrigerator fixed they were great in telling us what else needed to be done. They went above and beyond to get our fridge covered under warranty.

New to the area, we knew our older trailer needed work, and Ernie's came well-recommended. The estimate came in higher than we hoped and included other work I suspected needed to be done. The capper came when with the estimate, they suggested we not get it fixed - the work would cost more than the trailer was worth. They're not a dealer, so what they did was honestly not to spend money with them. After we get our new trailer, when I do need work done, they're the folk I'll see.

The price was less than Quoted. It looks like this is the place to go if you need trailer work or towing package work. They are the experts.

Have been taking my trailers to Ernie’s for over 10 years - he has kept them all running and road worthy. I completely trust what Ernie has to say and the recommendations he makes, and he will tell you straight what needs to be done, or not. This is the best place that I know of to get your horse trailers inspected and repaired in preparation for the upcoming barrel racing season. I refuse to take a chance on safety!

Customer service is great! I am impressed with their knowledge of different systems. No matter what job they do it is done to perfection. From roof repairs to air bags they do it all. I will miss Ernie and his team as we are moving to Texas. I'm sure they will continue to serve others as well as they have served us. Thank you all very much.

Young lady was able to find a used part that they had salvaged as they did not have my unique part in stock she was very friendly and smiled pretty much the whole time I was there hope Ernie knows how good she is with the public and treats her well I have dealt with Ernie in the past he is also very knowledgeable and friendly zero complaints
