Just when you thought the service at Ernie’s couldn’t be more efficient, pleasant and accommodating (after a very helpful encounter with Kerri) we returned to Ernies’s 3 weeks later with an unrelated frustrating problem which was promptly addressed by Ernie himself, personally evaluating and resolving the issue and then patiently and cheerfully explaining how to avoid any recurrence of the difficulty. Repair went well, then Ernie noticed wheel dust cap missing, so he suggested bearings need checking too, and did so at no extra charge. With Ernie making the calls, I always feel safer as I pull my trailers down the highways.

I had a weld that broke loose on my utility trailer. It was too dangerous to use. I took it to Erniie's. Four eemployee ,(sincluding Ernie) inspected my trailer to determine the best way to repair my trailer. Each person was genuine in thier approach to repairing my trailer. I recently moved to Washington and had no idea who to take my trailer to. The repair was quick, neat and completed in two days! They treated me like my trailer was a 38 foot RV! I took my travel trailer in for de-winterization and to have my battery and charging system checked. The staff was very courteous and the turn around was quick. They completed a full inspection of my unit and sent me a link to the full inspection which contained photos of everything. No guess work here... you know exactly what checked out good or bad.
