It is always dreadful when something goes wrong with your RV and you can fix it. Well, call Ernie’s. They treat you with respect and keep you informed of cost along the way. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and professional.... but Kerri was fantastic!! She is a pleasant person to deal with and knowledgeable about the business... she represents Ernie’s very well. It is a relieve to know I have a reliable place to take my trailer when I have a problem and for winterizing. Thanks Ernie’s...and Kerri!!!

Had a Hydralift put on our coach. Work was not completed by date discussed. Bolts were placed pointing in so they rub on tires. Welding was good. Disappointing experience

We are sorry you had a disappointing experience with us, and thank you for letting us know your concerns. Our tech placed the bolts in the way the installation directions instructed. However, we will take care of any problem caused by this and we invite you to contact us directly. As for the late delivery, there was a special part that was needed and it was delivered to us late. However, we stayed after hours that night so you could pick the coach up and get going on your vacation. Thank you for placing your trust in us. We hope to provide a five-star experience in the future.
