We had a gooseneck hitch installed in our Dodge Ram The customer service we received was amanzibg from start to finish. I had to drop off my truck the day before and pick it up right at closing. They were very accommodating! When we picked up the truck, Ernie came out and showed me everything he did. Made sure I was comfortable. Answered all my questions. Then repeated himself to my husband. Gave me suggestions on things to look for in purchasing my living quarters horse trailer I would highly recommend Ernie to my friends

The staff was very helpful and knew what they were doing. The helped with the issue I came to have them install and then notified me that the hitch that I currently had needed to be adjusted, since I had towed our travel trailer with a Nissan Xterrr and was now going to towing the travel trailer with a Toyota 4Runner.

I took my Travel Trailer to Ernie's for suspension work. I got so much more than expected. Three test rides later, an adjusted hitch, load levelers, the shocks and springs I requested and my trailer towed like a new rig. They also found a crack in the frame and welded that. What a great place.Thanks to all at Ernie's!

I got a recommendation from Subaru in 2015 for my car. Ernies did an outstanding job then so returning with my 2019 was a no brainer. I was greeted at the door at 8:00 am and we did a service review with a promise of a two hour job. What was extra special is getting a ride to a recommended cafe where I had breakfast and could wait out the time. Sure enough, at two hours, I get a call that the car was ready and soon after was picked up by an employee. The install went perfectly. The cost fit my budget and I couldn't be happier.
