Ernie's has serviced both our trailers for over ten years. Have the annual run through completed every year and any other maintenance done, always thorough and reasonably priced.

Made an appointment for 0800. Was told RV would be ready by 1700 same day. Said I would pick up next day. Went to pick up at 1300 next day without calling ahead because RV was supposed to be ready prior day. Service hadn’t even begun and was told they would get right on it. What a waste of an hour of my time. No phone call, email or text to notify me it wasn’t ready. When I did pick it up it was in such a tight spot I barely had enough room to back my F350 to it and required assistance to pull it out because it was wedged between two others and couldn’t pull it straight out because of other RV’s blocking my path to the right. Would’ve been nice had they pulled it out for me.

The Digital RV coach assessment with pictures and comments is state of the art and something that I have never received at other RV maintenance and repair facilities to date. The visual inspection of the roof, batteries, lights, exterior to the suspension with pictures with recommendations is awesome. It provides an excellent overview of any items that will need attention in the future. The customer service and keeping you informed on the progress of the repair is superb. Ernie and his crew did a great job of repairing my 5th wheel suspension and wheel bearing/brake maintenance. A great local business.
