Olympia RV and Trailer Repair

We came across Erinie’s by doing a google search for RV repair in the Olympia area. We were taking our 5th wheel up north in Monroe at the dealership we bought it from. I didn’t like to haul it all the way up there to have work done, plus they were really slow and I wasn’t happy with there work. So we read reviews and he was close by. I was impressed when talking with Ernie the first time I called. I like that they take pictures of everything they check out and send them too you via email. The wife and I try and support local business whenever we get a chance. I would recommend using them.

No masks were worn by any staff. No explanation for why there were no precautions for protecting customers from COVID exposure. It felt unsafe and unprofessional. The work was well done and the service was good.

Unfortunately I didn't get that great of service i was excited to try these guys out based on all of their reviews but didn't have a great experience. First off they were supposed to do a simple diagnostic on my rv and 4 weeks later i had to call them to get any info. Second they told me what was wrong which was great info but i only had them fix a window. That one window took an additional 2 weeks after i was told it would be a few days and i only discovered it was fixed after i called them. So out of the 4 times in 6 weeks that i talked to them about my vehicle i called them all 4 times. It would've been nice to get a couple of courtesy calls.

Ernie's has serviced both our trailers for over ten years. Have the annual run through completed every year and any other maintenance done, always thorough and reasonably priced.

Thanks to Ernie and the whole crew. I have been a customer for close to 20 years and have been very pleased. I really like the new print out we get after they finish work. I would recommend to any new owner of a travel trailer to take it to Ernies and learn how take care of your new toy. Bob June 27/20
