Our trailer was scheduled for a routine follow up on for new brakes. Literally, the day before our appointment we blew a trailer tire on our way home. We ask for a thorough inspection on the wheel well to check for damage I did not see. There was broken suspension components that contributed to the tire failure. Ernie's did a great job of digital documentation of the damage. Then called me and carefully walked through the options from least expensive to a recommended full repair. Each with a summary of the pros and cons based on what I could afford at this time. All repairs we done on time, at the quoted price and with professional service. Bottom line for us..
