Ernie’s is by far the best place to have your RV serviced. I live on Fox Island and have many Places that I could have my camper serviced at but I make the trip to Ernies because it is worth it. They are super knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend Ernies to service your camper.

I have been going to Ernie’s since I bought my 5th wheel this past Spring. They installed a B & W slide hitch in my truck bed and then diagnosed and fixed a leak I had. Also had them work on some bad slide seals. I highly recommend them because they do good work and are trustworthy.

Great trailer service. Our 26' hay wagon needed more work. They are experts with really fair prices. Tires, wheels, hitch, electrical, all ship shape now. Ernie's is the best.

I damaged the frame to my 5th wheel trailer while trying to set up on "unlevel" ground (poor training). The left rear jack (6 jack leveling system) spread outward and bent the frame. I began getting noticeable outer tire wear on all 4 tires. I called at least 2 dozen RV, collision, and/or welding repair shops for help. No one would help until I finally found Ernie's RV and Hitch Repair in Olympia Washington. They even looked and assessed the damage on the same day I called. Amazing. They reviewed the jack and frame but also found a bent rear axle. I then requested an upgrade to my suspension system to the MorRyde Suspension. Axle and parts were ordered and the work was scheduled one week later. Work was performed in a very timely manner and I picked up my trailer yesterday. Wow, was I amazed. They repaired the jack and frame, replaced the rear axle, added the MorRyde suspension system, and packed my wheel bearings. They also added 3 steel brace supports to the frame at rear axles to give it more stability. I am one happy camper! Their repair work and the newly installed MorRyde Suspension system eliminated 90% of the chugging I experienced while towing. It was so discouraging when I damaged the trailer but seeing the work Ernie's shop did for me made that all disappear. I am extremely grateful for their professional work. The repair costs were very reasonable and we're back on the road again, heading home to Alaska with confidence that structurally, we have a sound trailer, much better than the factory setup. Thanks, Ernie and Crew! Outstanding work! UPDATE: We made it back to Fairbanks Alaska on September 21st. We left Ernie's RV & Hitch Repair September 13th and drove the Alaska Highway back home via eastern Washington, a trip of more than 2,600 miles. The Alaska Highway had some pretty rough road sections before we made the Alaska border. My trailer help up great! I had no issues to contend with. I had no tire wear which indicates the suspension repair with the MorRyde upgrade were well worth the investment. It's better than factory new and that gives me confidence to make the trip south next summer. Once again, my sincerest gratitude to Ernie and the crew for the work done! Thank you. Thomas F.

Helpful staff just pricey

It is always dreadful when something goes wrong with your RV and you can fix it. Well, call Ernie’s. They treat you with respect and keep you informed of cost along the way. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and professional.... but Kerri was fantastic!! She is a pleasant person to deal with and knowledgeable about the business... she represents Ernie’s very well. It is a relieve to know I have a reliable place to take my trailer when I have a problem and for winterizing. Thanks Ernie’s...and Kerri!!!
