What a great experience !!!! I have used Ernie's service twice and will continue to do so in the furure. All the staff from the front desk to the shop area exhibit top notch service. They are friendly and very professional. Ernie explains what service will be performed and all the steps needed. I needed some chassie work and he helped in my understanding of the entire peocess and possible outcomes. The work was performed in a very timely fashion and the outcome was of a very high quality. I reccomend Ernie' to anyone.

Everything was first class.

My air conditioner went out and it was still under warranty. I took my trailer to them to get it replaced. They did a really good job of getting all the details for replacement. The only hang up was Dometic took for ever to respond. This took 4 months to get a new air conditioner. After Ernie's replaced the unit, it had a problem. It had a bent shaft that runs the fan. They called to let me know and they had a solution. They removed my old fan and replaced it with the new one. I thanked them for the quick solution. I would defiantly recommend Ernie's for all your repairs and service. The air conditioner works super and very quite. I am very happy customer . Thanks for all you do Neal Duett

Went to Ernie's because it was local. Took a chance as a new customer after researching the on line reviews. Customer service was exceptional and they installed an awning and did some fixes inside our motorhome. Extremely pleased with the outcome. Will continue using Ernie's for our motorhome services.

Ernie went out of his way to get our trailer fixed for us after the heating system went out! We needed it back quickly and he made us a priority and got it done! We highly recommend this business!
