Professional and thorough. We have struggled with poor service from a local horse trailer dealer for years and were so excited to find Ernie's. They did a great job with our living quarters trailer which we rely on for our business. The "good to go" inspection is well worth the money and I really like the comprehensive report which prioritizes items with a red, yellow or green code. Full service for every part of the trailer, electrical, brakes, propane, even resealing bad caulking.
