Service, Communication, detailed inspection report with function testing. Prompt replies to question and estimate vs actual cost was great. Highly recommend to use Ernies, parts were on the shelf for my repair, but delays are out there due to covid for other items. Thanks to the Staff for your support and flexibility!

Very solid crew to work with. Very nice work installing a trailer camera for my new 2021 GMC truck. They did good problem solving connection a 2012 trailer with the new truck.

Ive been here twice for heating issues over 2000 bucks.Put it this way still dont work . i will never go back just saying.ernie i did bring it back under warranty charged me almost 1000 again pulled bottom of u said vent pluged nothing so went i inside pull cover rear vent wasnt even hooked to the furnace the inspection cover was not even bolted back on top of furnace so after 2 trys 2 charges and some sort of test 400 never put it back together or hook up rear vent you said was pluged but wasnt even hooked back up so what is your excuses for that my freind.

We are sorry you feel this way, Brett. We stand by our work, and when there is an issue, we encourage you to bring it in for warranty service right away. Our warranty is one-year and it includes parts and labor. Your safety is our priority and we need to be notified if there is an issue so we can address it immediately. We hope to earn back your trust in the future.
