We had our GD Solitude in for non warranty repairs and they did an excellent job. Carrie and the staff were constantly giving us updates on the progress of repairs. All were super friendly! Thank you for the great work!

I have nothing but great things to say about Ernie's. From the day I called them until we arrived earlier this evening, they have been nothing but helpful. I am fully confident that they will do all they can to fix our issues and fulfill our needs.

We've had 3 motorhomes in the last few years and you never know who to give it to when you need service. We never know if they know what they're doing, Is the price going to be acceptable or fair and so on. after dealing with other repair places we fourn Ernies. Every time we have taken our motorhomes into Ernies they always greet us and talk to us like their glad we're here. They listen and take the time to look at the repair job we need. The key to that last sentence is they Listen. When it is time to pick up our motorhomes the work is always done right and we have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of work and repair. I had an emergency repair to my trailer brake. They got me in and fixed it straight away. They were in the midst of moving and still made time to take care of this! What great customer service!

Ernie's has a new loyal customer who would be happy to recomend them to anyone. They were ready for my appointment when I got there they did the work and I had my motorhome back by 1:00. They did not try to sell me things to just make a buck. I thought I would need new house batteries and they checked them and said no they are still good. I asked them to order new locks for my storage compartments and after getting a quote of $200 Jason told me it would probably be cheaper to go through a local locksmith. I am very pleased with the service and they do not expect you to leave it for a week so they can get around to it. Great job Ernie's
