Over the last three years we’ve had occasion to need Ernie’s help on two warranty claims (2 separate trailers) and one maintenance job. He and his team have exceeded expectations each time. His service reps are knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and honest. They give it to you straight. I have not met any of the service technicians but we’ve been 100% satisfied with the work following each visit. RV repairs aren’t cheap and all the shops are slammed. Ernie’s is no different but there’s a reason his new facility is full and he has a loyal clientele.
