Facility is clean with nice waiting room. Staffed pursued getting parts from Seattle in order to install gooseneck hidden hitch same day. Due to delay waiting for parts, owner gave me a ride home - 23 miles away! Hitch installation was professional; everything operated properly. Will be a returning customer for future trailer service needs. Highly recommend!!

Did a hitch install. Gave us good estimate and amount of time. Very informative and nice facility. Btw. Used these folks 12 years ago and they did a great job back then. Was glad to see them again. Btw2: they were 1/2 the price of the dealership!
