Over the last three years we’ve had occasion to need Ernie’s help on two warranty claims (2 separate trailers) and one maintenance job. He and his team have exceeded expectations each time. His service reps are knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and honest. They give it to you straight. I have not met any of the service technicians but we’ve been 100% satisfied with the work following each visit. RV repairs aren’t cheap and all the shops are slammed. Ernie’s is no different but there’s a reason his new facility is full and he has a loyal clientele.

People nice, but results beyond terrible. Cooling system supposed to be pressure checked and from this it was determined that it needed a new radiator. They evidently didn’t include the heater core in the pressure check as it blew holes all in it. Speaking of blowing, my on board generator literally blew up not even two hours after service. Made it as far as Vancouver Washington it backfired when starting and a part blew off the exhaust system. So to recap : no heater core=no heat and no generator=no AC We spent the last night in 20 degree frigid snow in Laramie WY. We now are headed south to SanteFe to pick up I-40 so that we swelter on our way to Florida instead of freeze to death. So I don’t know what I got for my RV checkup and repair for over $7600 but I know what I didn’t get: service checkup and repair. I would not recommend this business to any consumer under any circumstance

Ernie and his team are AMAZING! Brought my boat trailer in that had a fractured caliper...and they had the boat back to me the next day. Highly recommend!!

The staff at Ernies was extremely nice and helpful and answered many questions beyond my service needs. The service was some of the cleanest finish work I’ve seen and the complementary inspection was a great piece of mind. I’ve been to other repair/service shops and the atmosphere felt “cold”. I will definitely be returning for future services.

With so many systems on board a detailed RV, it can get a little bewildering. So, I am very grateful for and now a long term customer for Ernie's RV repairs and their team of experts. I brought my RV in for diagnosis of a failing water heater and their technician Robert solved the problem pronto and kept us on schedule for our planned vacation.
