They went through my boat trailer completely and check the bearings repacked them and made sure all was in great working order as I am taking it cross country. Done on time and pleasant professional people to work with. Would go there again and would highly recommend to anyone needing rv/trailer work done.

I called Ernie's to have them look at my rusting boat trailer. Appointment was made for a week later. Brought the trailer in, and noticed they had 3 employees at the front desk to help customers, so the check-in went very quickly. Left my trailer for the day, and Ernie himself called me in the afternoon with the news that the trailer was probably not worth repairing. This wasn't shocking news to me, but I wanted professionals to look at it before deciding whether to repair or replace it. Ernie's advice made sense to me so I picked up the trailer the next day and have since bought a used trailer for much less than it would have cost to repair my trailer. Ernie didn't charge me anything for his services, so I thought a positive review for his business was one small way of paying him back for his help.

My trailer was a total loss due to rain storms, mold and more. They were extremely helpful and patient with me while I navigated filing a claim with my insurance company. They let me keep it there while going through the entire process and were so very helpful! I HIGHLY recommend them!

They adjusted my headlights so that they were pointing the right way and checked out the whole RV for safety.!

They did a good job fixing the Alingnment on my headlights and checking the rest of my RV to make sure everything was I good working order.

As always, it was easy to make an appointment for the annual inspection of our trailer. The service team is excellent and very patient with our questions. The inspection feedback is very comprehensive and a written record is provided.
