As Ernie did last year in a visit to Olympia, I was given almost immediate access to his services. This time, we had landing gear problems on our 5th wheel camper. Ernie diagnosed and made repairs as quickly as parts were available. He also served as go between with the warranty company and procured payment from them. Thanks again for a great job.

Haha, posted wrong review for Ernies while out boondocking with poor cell coverage. We appreciate Ernies and staff. Very knowledgeable with fair prices. Love the new digs, big RV bays that can accommodate any rig.

Though they did perform what was asked, they were unclear on exactly what was required or needed for parts replacement... which made price unclear for different amounts quoted. My appt was early morning and arrived early to drop...I wasn’t notified until late afternoon of concerns and had to view next morning. Communications could be better.

Called about putting in a gooseneck hitch on my truck. The man I spoke to was patient and helpful when I asked all my questions. Booked an appointment and they did a great job installing!

Being one of those who prefer to use the local Mom and Pop business's, Ernie's has been around of those I do use. They have grown a lot since their little shop over on Martin Way and they have significant RV repair experience. Their prices might seem a little bit over the top but you truly get more bang for the buck. For example if you take a trailer in to get the wheel bearings checked and repacked, they not only do the wheel bearings but they inspect and adjust the brakes, check the emergency braking system and do an over inspection of all your safety related items. In my mind I would prefer to pay a little extra for peace of mind and that's what I get when going to Ernie's. The only downside is their communications or lack thereof. I would have made this a 3 or 4 star review because of their lack of communication with me and the length of time it took to do the work I asked for. I brought my concern to the manager and he emphatically apologized 6 ways to Sunday and promised they would make a better effort in communicating with customers. That sense of taking responsibility is why I giving them 5 stars. Other than that little issue, I will continue to do business with them.
