Jamie who is at the front desk took the time needed to find the right product and check stock and order the product while I was there. I ended up not using the product and I talked to Ernie himself about returning and received a credit in a timely manner. I will use them again

Beware they come across professional but they are not they wanted to charge me 2,000 for a transmission flush they charged me 382.27 for an oil change wanted to charge me 5,500 for break work dismantled my air filter without me giving permission and didn’t install it back I had to walk in the shop with the assembly in hand for them to re install granted it’s a bad filter but no filter is not an option gave me attitude about the filter go to interstate automotive instead 50+ years in the business he charges 350 max for transmission flush and 150 max for oil change honest work there dishonest work at ernies I will tell everyone I know not to do business with them

I just dropped my RV off at Ernie's to be repaired. I asked if someone to drop me off at the bus stop and I was told "Yes, but you will have to wait for a few minutes." I waited and Ernie (the owner) came up to me (a few minutes later) and said you need a ride to the bus stop. I said yes. He said "How about I just drive you home so you don't have to take the bus." Ernie drove me home. Now, that was no little thing. Ernie's RV shop in near Olympia, just off Highway 101, and I live in Burien (Near SeaTac Airport, about 60 miles away). Wow, what a a surprise. As we approached my house, an hour later, I thanked Ernie and told him "You know you now have a customer for life." That kindness speaks volumes for Ernie's RV and Trailer Repair.

They fixed my problem with my Generator and the gentleman that explained everything to me when I picked my motorhome up was very professional and friendly and explained all my question and did not rush me. I would recommend Ernie's to anyone with RV problems.
