We're now on our third RV and have had Ernie work on the first two. From major repairs to safety bulletin work, Ernies has consistently provided us with good service and quality work. The job gets done on budget, on schedule, and is done correctly the first time. His crew has been very helpful with warranty work coordination, product information and availability, and making what can be a difficult experience much more pleasant. Within the RV community we've heard so many horror stories about RV repair facilities. That has not been our experience when dealing with Ernies.
