I received excellent service on my camper at Ernie's this week and also from the employees at the front desk. Repairs, recommendations, and costs were explained to me with great patience. Ernie's has done major and minor repairs on my camper. I will continue to bring my RV needs and questions to Ernie's.

Brought in my teardrop trailer that had some issues. Kerri was wonderful to work with, very professional and knowledgeable. Keep me informed every step of the way. She arranged a walk-through with a service technician to explain some of the systems. Unfortunately I don't remember his name but he was very patient and answered all of my questions. I plan to have some upgrades added definitely take it to Ernie's.

The crew at Ernies did a great job working with me on fixing my boat trailier in a timely manner. They also point out some areas I need to keep on. I am diff bring my trailer back ever year for a check up.

Knowing we had a trip scheduled, they were quick to fix the suspension on our RV,once the estimate was completed and parts arrived. There was a mistake on the billing,but they resolved this quickly. Very happy with their work and service, will definitely be using them for all our future needs.

Ernie's worked on my boat trailer and did a great job replacing the wiring and brake systems. Components were top notch and execution was thorough and clean.
