Considering the number of RVs needing repairs I received quick response to my electrical problem. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the wiring issue within 30 minutes.

No response after promising to call me to repair my trailer hitch. I called them a week later, still no quote, but a promise to get back to me that day. That was about a month ago. I already found Trailer Boss, who took care of the problem on 1 day. I won't be back to Ernie's.

Scheduling was easy, in quickly, out quickly. Fixed our slide out problems same day. They did a top to bottom inspection with a report including pictures.
