Olympia RV and Trailer Repair

Last week (7 Oct 2021) I had Ernie's RV Repair (Olympia) replace all 4 shocks on my RV. The front shock brackets were both bent unbelievably out of shape. However, the tech told me he thought he could repair the brackets without having to replace them.. I asked no questions as to how he would do that and told him to go ahead. It was unbelievable, but the tech managed to "fix" the badly bent brackets; using his knowledge of how to apply heat and cooling to get the brackets to reform to their original shape. He did a marvelous job of getting the brackets fixed and all new shocks installed in less than 6 hours. I highly recommend Ernie's RV Repair to repair RV's. Ernie's again exceeded my expectations and they still remain the "closest" RV shop to work on my RV; closest because no one between Burien and Olympia can do the excellent job that Ernie's does.

Fantastic communication - part ordered had a delayed delivery date, but I received proactive calls and updates to reschedule, and the day I came in for service, they accommodated an early start time for me. Nice waiting room, really down-to-earth friendly staff, and quality work!

Ernies was excellent! He gave me an initial estimate low to high and came in about the middle. No surprises. He also continually updated me on the status of my repair. I am very happy to have found an honest upstanding repair facility.
