Kerri at the front desk helped us with our problems on our Lance camper so we could be ready to go to an event. She was Very Knowledgeable Compassionate Friendly and an all around Good Person. Friendly, professional service, my power cable was ready when promised. Tech found 2-loose wires, and repaired them, and made me a new power cable, all for a reasonable price.

The team at Ernies really went above and beyond to help me. My boat trailer blew a hub on Memorial Day weekend, and I just picked Ernies based on a google search on the side of the highway while waiting for a tow truck. They stored my boat and gave me an honest estimate of what a repair would take, and when I decided to buy a new trailer and scrap the old one, they were able to hoist the boat onto the new trailer and get the trailer adjusted to fit my boat. It was outside of their normal work, but they just wanted to get me back on the road (and on the water) as safely an quickly as I did. If service matters to you, Ernies is a great choice!

This was a 5 Star experience! The staff is warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable. They are detail oriented, collaborative and interested in getting the problems solved. Their experience and connections with other services in the community speaks to their understanding that they can't be everything to all people. I appreciate this! They referred us to another facility that had the technical expertise we needed for the engine/transmission challenges we were facing. The service we received from that vendor was also excellent! That is why we will be coming back to both depending on the need! We still have a refrigerator issue that is being resolved. Jamie and Ernie were willing to do the research to help us identify and complete the steps needed for success and we are on the way to completing that project as well!

Ernie’s helped us when our 5th Wheel detached from our hitch. We needed a new 5th Wheel hitch, they got us fixed up and back on the road in twenty-four hours, during RVings busiest time of year. They were quick, we called, got to Ernie’s in about an hour, and Ernie himself was able to assess our situation, and get us back on the road the next day. Pricing was competitive. We would recommend Ernie’s to anyone in need of RV repair!
