Earnie’s knowledgeable and dedicated staff did an excellent job troubleshooting and fixing our travel trailer intermittent electronic brake issues. We had this issue looked at by other shops, only to get the runaround with a diagnostic fee and nothing actually fixed. At Earnie’s, Gracie provided superb customer service with timely communication and technical explanations as technicians went through their process of elimination. Their technician looked at both the trailer and tow vehicle as one unit vs. their competition which would only troubleshoot the trailer side. The overall cost for the brake system rebuild was higher than I initially thought it would be but, realized that I was receiving excellent work from highly skilled staff. After receiving poor service at other local shops for this issue and others, it is a relief to know we have a reliable shop we can count on.

Ernie and the staff have taken such good care of us and our RV. They are great people conviently located. Their techs are very knowledgeable and great at finding hidden issues. Their pricing is extremely fair and their expertise reduces our overall costs. As a great friend shared with me when I was young, you can have great service or low price, but you cannot have them both.

Excellent customer service. They were able to take my truck in for a diagnostic. Tested everything and showed me the issue, and explained the fix. Which was me, lol. Ernies earned a lifelong customer, and I will highly recommend to anyone needing RV services.

We got professional help from someone that really knows what they're talking about and goes to the trouble of inspecting our motor coach. Carefully. Problems were found. That could be truly life-threatening and we are very grateful to find out what was going on with our electrical system. Now we're getting it repaired professionally and correctly from Ernie's. Septic System work was done to fit my schedule. The black and gray water gates now retain and dump as designed. Work was professionally done, no drips, runs, or errors! Thank you for a job well done.

I was so thoroughly impressed with the company from the time that I called they got me in knowing that I was traveling to get the problem fixed. The young ladies at the desk were very professional new their job and always kept me informed of what was going on. The tech that worked on my truck was very professional explained everything what an outstanding group of people. I received Superior customer service!!! When I'm in the area they will always be my go-to people. And I would refer them to anyone that was traveling and needed help with their RV or their vehicle. Thank you so very much! John
