Olympia RV and Trailer Repair

They are great! I won’t take my Travel Trailer anywhere else in the Olympia area. I see them twice a year (hopefully ;) and they always greet me by name, know my trailer and all the work we have previously done, and give real life advice on what service I need and what I can skip for next time. I really appreciate their honesty and quality work they do for me.

After a temultuous two year relationship with the dealer that I originally purchased my RV with I decided I was never going back... I needed to have my rig winterized. I decided to give Ernie's a shot based on the sheer amount of incredible reviews. Anticipating that it would be quite a while before I could get an appointment with them because of their popularity. I was pleasantly surprised when I was seen within days of making the call. The maintenance was done in less than 24 hours and as annoying my request may have been the tech was courteous enough to come out to explain how he accomplished the maintenance and that he discovered that the dealer who had done the previous winterization had done it wrong! Thank you Ernies for restoring my faith! I will be a returning customer!

In today's world where customer service is at a premium, Ernies was the best experience I've had in quite awhile. Amber and the ladies up front were just awesome and were great communicating my RV issues and potential fixes with me. I had several issues of which there could have been a possible replacement part but Ernies crew worked the issue and found a solution much easier and cheaper. I appreciate their honesty and overall communications regarding our RV. I'm willing to pay for the service when treated fairly and given upfront quotes and honest responses rather than just start throwing parts at an issue until it works. Excellent service

They squeezed us in quickly for an urgent situation and had good communication from start to finish. Amber did a great job of keeping us informed and helped resolve confusion with our extended warranty company. The billing statement was thorough and easy to understand.

As always, our coach work was completed in a short amount of time and I feel confident the winterizaion will be protective for our coach.

Ernie is my guy when it comes to anything about my RVs. He always educates me about how to adjust and use my trailering equipment. My most recent visit was on 11/7/23. I unhooked my RV, But he met me at my truck, took a look at my trailer controller and apologized for wanting me to hook it back up to my trailer because he didn't think I needed to adjust the brakes on my new RV. He had me drive with him hauling the trailer down the road as he explained how to adjust the controller. He made the correct adjustment and asked me to drive it, to see how it felt. Then he told me I could adjust the controller in a few months when the trailer brakes are used and set in. His valuable advice and time was much appreciated when he told me that he didn't want to charge me for his service. I can see why his business has flourished with that kind of customer service. I will always recommend Ernie's Trailers to all my friends and other RV'ers I meet.
