Had to go back twice because they messed up twice. First time they forgot to wire lights for a hitch and the second time they somehow disabled my air conditioning when they wired the lights.
While we try and accommodate every customer as best we can, there was no avoiding this bad review. After rescheduling the installation 3 times, the customer showed up a little before closing. (late for the appointment) Unable to leave the car for the night, we were only able to complete half the install, wiring was scheduled for the next day. (nothing was forgotten) Wiring was completed by manufacturers specifications and would not effect the AC. (or the heater as their Yelp review claims) We have no issue checking for mistakes, but we do not take responsibility for every issue that arises after a simple install. This is the same response posted on Yelp since the customer has decided to review on multiple rating sites.
