Karen said she dealt with two female employees who were wonderful. She called and spoke to the first woman who was very helpful and passed on all the pertinent details to her coworker. The second female employee took her time and asked Ernie's advice on which product would meet her needs.

Third, the staff member who helped me was very competent and professional. She even took me to work after I dropped it off. What a great crew there!

First let me say that there was nothing it for the Ford dealer to recommend this guy. I found a very professional company with great knowledge in trailer hitches. Would recommend him to my family for any trailer problem to be solved.
