I left a review already. But...the total experience was great. Dropped off the trailer, told it would be a week, was called the very next day to pick up the trailer. Fast service. Kerri was very professional at the counter for checking it in for services. I'll be back again if I need more work.

Thank you, Dale, for the kind words. We are happy we could take great care of you and your trailer. Thanks for the opportunity to serve. :-)

Treated really great. Kerri was very knowledgeable and informative. The work was done in a short time period. They set it up for a week, but it was only one day. Great. And the Bill was very fair. Thanks Ernie. (You to Kerri )

Thanks, Dale, for coming in to see us. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and your vehicle. :-)

Just purchased a Prodigy P2 electric brake controller and had it and a 7 pin receptacle installed on my Toyota Highlander by Ernie's last Friday. When I got home, I checked out the whole install carefully. They did and outstanding job of installing both. They even installed a dual receptacle that will handle the 4 pin connector for my utility trailer and boat trailer along with the 7-pin for my future travel trailer. The electrical connections were made with butt connectors all covered with shrink wrap to prevent short circuiting and moisture penetration. When they connected to a post, they used circle lugs rather than open lugs to prevent them from pulling out under the nut. They also installed two in-line fuses which they tucked neatly into the under hood fuse box where they could logically and easily be located should the need ever arise. I taught electrical as well as HVAC tech classes at a local technical college for 4 years. The job Ernie's did on this install was truly professional in my opinion. From my first contact with Kerri to set up an appointment to leaving their premises with the job done right, it was a refreshing experience to find folks who are competent and yes, even friendly. I highly recommend them for this type of work.

We have used Ernies for many years and been pleased with the service. I took my boat trailer in and got new brakes, bearings, and actuator for $3,900. A little less than a new trailer would cost. It took 3 weeks for job completion as they were very busy. I expect the work results to be excellent, typical for Ernies.

Good feedback on costs and options for the repair.
