Olympia RV and Trailer Repair

We had a wonderful experience with Ernie’s! Our slide was no longer functional. We needed a new motor and all new track system/gears installed as they had been damaged beyond repair. As it turns out, and at no fault of Ernie’s, this specific year trailer, Grand Design apparently installed a slide system that later became known to be a poor design (just our luck)…The next year (2019), Imagine Grand Design trailers were made with a re-designed (upgraded) track system for their slides. It was explained to me by Ernie’s, that this improved designed system is now what we have installed on our trailer. Hopefully we won’t have any further issues with our slide as this was an expensive repair! Thanks for fixing the issue, Ernie’s!

Great service by the entire team. We live and travel full time in our motorhome. We called about two weeks ahead and scheduled an appointment with the understanding that if we had to stay overnight 1 night in the parking lot, that would be OK. They got right on it and got it fixed the next day when their Cummins expert was in. Shout out to the team, Carrie, Gracy, Bob and Bill. Professional and courteous at all times.

Great service. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Robert and Bill, the two techs that worked on my rig were professional and helpful and open to hear what has been going on with my Cummins diesel and we got things fixed expeditiously.

Last fall Ernie's preformed a winterization on our 5th wheel. When getting it ready for camping season we discovered a leak. Called Ernie's on Friday scheduled for the following Monday. No cost repair without trying to put the blame on us. Appreciate a company that stands behind their work and is honest.
