We needed brake assist and wiring done for our trailer hitch in order to tow our camper. Ernie's did it on short notice, and had it done the same day. In addition to that, he stayed late at his shop so that we could pick our vehicle up that evening, we were late due to traffic on the 5. Would recommend Ernie's for sure.

My husband and I picked our new RV right at the end of May. While on the road, he decided very quickly that towing a flat bed trailer with our truck and bike on it behind the RV was not working for him. We contacted a few RV shops to see about installing a Hydralift for the bike and a towing bar for the truck. Every place was booked for weeks! (we didn't have weeks) I called Earnie, told him what we needed, time frame we had and he got us in and back on the road according to our schedule. We coordinated drop and pick up time and everything he said he would do, was all done. He took the time to explain how the system worked. A couple days later we had to call him back and was always very pleasant and helpful. We give Earnie 5 starts for customer service, equipment knowledge, timeliness, cost, quality of work. Very happy with our set up. We most definitely recommend his shop.

This place is without doubt, the finest business in Olympia,Wa. I had a hitch and brakes put on my Hyundai, 2015. Super job, looks good, did an excellent job, using the best quality parts. When I'm pulling my travel trailer over the Siskiyou Mountains in California, I will only trust Ernie and his expert staff to do quality work to keep my family safe. Yes, there are places that will do the job a little cheaper, but the life of you and your family is worth more then a few bucks. They are professional, friendly, just good people that are dedicated to do a good job on your car, motor home, travel trailer, boat trailers and much more.
