I got a recommendation from Subaru in 2015 for my car. Ernies did an outstanding job then so returning with my 2019 was a no brainer. I was greeted at the door at 8:00 am and we did a service review with a promise of a two hour job. What was extra special is getting a ride to a recommended cafe where I had breakfast and could wait out the time. Sure enough, at two hours, I get a call that the car was ready and soon after was picked up by an employee. The install went perfectly. The cost fit my budget and I couldn't be happier.

We had not had any service done on our fifth wheel but when we took it in to have the refrigerator fixed they were great in telling us what else needed to be done. They went above and beyond to get our fridge covered under warranty.

New to the area, we knew our older trailer needed work, and Ernie's came well-recommended. The estimate came in higher than we hoped and included other work I suspected needed to be done. The capper came when with the estimate, they suggested we not get it fixed - the work would cost more than the trailer was worth. They're not a dealer, so what they did was honestly not to spend money with them. After we get our new trailer, when I do need work done, they're the folk I'll see.

The price was less than Quoted. It looks like this is the place to go if you need trailer work or towing package work. They are the experts.
